利用規約
1. 同意
本アプリ「忘れ物チェッカー」をダウンロード・インストール・使用することで、ユーザーは本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリの使用を中止してください。
2. ライセンス
本アプリは、個人的・非商業的目的での使用に限り利用が許可されます。以下の行為は禁止されます。
- 本アプリを改変・逆コンパイル・リバースエンジニアリングすること
- 本アプリのコピーを第三者に配布・販売すること
- 本アプリを商業目的で再利用すること
3. アプリ内課金
本アプリでは買い切り型のPro機能（全画面アラーム無制限、カスタムシーン上限解除、¥600）を提供しています。
- 課金処理はすべてApple Inc.のApp Storeが管理します
- 購入後の返金はAppleの返金ポリシーに準じます
- 同一Apple IDでサインインすれば、購入の復元が可能です
- 買い切りのため、継続課金は発生しません
4. 通知・アラームに関する注意
本アプリは忘れ物防止の補助を目的とするツールです。通知、バイブ通知、AlarmKit、Live Activity、Dynamic Islandなどの動作は、端末の設定、OSの状態、集中モード、音量、通信状態、バッテリー状態、Appleが提供するシステム機能の制約などに影響を受ける場合があります。本アプリは、忘れ物の完全な防止や、すべての環境での通知・アラームの確実な発火を保証するものではありません。
5. ユーザーの責任
ユーザーは、外出先から離れる前に、ご自身の判断と責任で持ち物・貴重品・安全を確認するものとします。本アプリの通知やチェックリストのみに依存せず、必要に応じて追加の確認手段を利用してください。
6. 禁止事項
以下の目的での本アプリの使用を禁止します。
- 法令または公序良俗に反する行為
- 第三者の権利・利益を侵害する行為
- 本アプリの動作を妨害する行為
- 本アプリを不正な目的で利用する行為
7. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。本アプリの動作・品質・特定目的への適合性について、明示・黙示を問わず一切の保証を行いません。本アプリの使用または使用不能によって生じた忘れ物、紛失、損害、逸失利益、その他一切の損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
8. サービスの変更・終了
本アプリの機能変更・更新・配信停止は予告なく行われる場合があります。

本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。

By downloading, installing, or using Wasuremono Checker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.
2. License
The app is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. The following are prohibited:
- Modifying, decompiling, or reverse-engineering the app
- Distributing or selling copies of the app to third parties
- Reusing the app for any commercial purpose
3. In-App Purchase
The app offers a one-time Pro unlock (unlimited full-screen alarms and unlimited custom scenes, ¥600).
- All purchases are managed by Apple Inc. through the App Store
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
- Purchases can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID
- This is a one-time purchase and does not create recurring charges
4. Notifications and Alarms
The app is a tool intended to help prevent forgotten belongings. Notifications, vibration alerts, AlarmKit, Live Activity, and Dynamic Island behavior may be affected by device settings, OS state, Focus mode, volume, network status, battery status, and limitations of system features provided by Apple. The app does not guarantee complete prevention of forgotten items or guaranteed delivery of every notification or alarm in every environment.
5. User Responsibility
You are responsible for checking your belongings, valuables, and safety before leaving a location. Do not rely solely on the app's notifications or checklists; use additional confirmation methods when necessary.
6. Prohibited Uses
Use of the app for the following purposes is prohibited:
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that infringe the rights or interests of third parties
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the app
- Use of the app for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is." No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding its functionality, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. The developer is not liable for forgotten belongings, loss, damages, lost profits, or any other damages arising from use or inability to use the app.
8. Changes & Discontinuation
Features may be changed, updated, or discontinued without prior notice.
