1. はじめに
本アプリ「動画モザイク」（英語名：Blur Video）は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めています。本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
2. 収集する情報
本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を一切収集しません。顔の検出・追従、ぼかし・モザイク・アート加工、ステッカー合成、書き出しはすべて端末内でのみ行われ、外部サーバーへのデータ送信は行いません。
3. 写真・動画の取り扱い
本アプリは、システムの写真ピッカーを通じてユーザーが明示的に選択した写真・動画のみにアクセスします。フォトライブラリ全体へのアクセスは要求しません。顔の検出や隠し加工はすべて端末内（オンデバイス）で完結し、選択した写真・動画が外部サービスへ送信・保存・収集されることは一切ありません。加工後の写真・動画をカメラロールに保存するか、共有シートで他のアプリへ渡すかは、ユーザー自身の操作によってのみ決定されます。
4. アクセスする端末機能
本アプリは以下の端末機能へのアクセスを要求する場合があります。
- システムの写真ピッカー：顔を隠す対象の写真・動画を、ユーザーが選んだ項目だけ読み込みます。フォトライブラリ全体への読み取り権限は要求しません
- フォトライブラリ（追加のみ）：加工した写真・動画をカメラロールに保存するため
これらの権限はユーザーが明示的に操作した場合にのみ使用され、バックグラウンドでの収集は行いません。撮影用のカメラ起動は行いません。
5. アプリ内課金
本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、ぼかし・モザイク・アートによる顔隠しは広告なし・透かしなしで利用できます。顔隠しステッカーは買い切りの有料機能（ステッカーパック、$7.99。日本円表示は App Store の価格帯に従います）です。プレビューは無料で、ステッカーを付けた書き出しには購入が必要です。課金処理はすべてApple Inc.のApp Storeを通じて行われます。クレジットカード情報その他の決済情報は本アプリが取得・保存することはありません。
6. 第三者への情報提供
本アプリはユーザーの情報を第三者に販売・提供・開示することはありません。共有シートを使った場合、ユーザーが選んだ送信先のサービスが、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を取り扱います。
7. アナリティクス・トラッキング
本アプリは、広告トラッキングおよびサードパーティ製アナリティクスSDKを一切使用していません。
8. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。

Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Blur Video (Japanese name: 動画モザイク) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how information is handled within the app.
2. Information We Collect
The app collects no personal information. Face detection and tracking, blur / mosaic / art effects, sticker compositing, and export all happen entirely on your device. No data is transmitted to external servers.
3. Photo & Video Handling
The app only accesses the photos and videos you explicitly select through the system photo picker. It does not request access to your entire photo library. Face detection and hiding are completed entirely on-device. The media you select is never sent to, stored on, or collected by any external service. Saving a processed photo or video to your Camera Roll, or sending it through the iOS share sheet, happens only when you choose that action.
4. Device Permissions
The app may request access to the following device features:
- System photo picker: to load only the photo or video you choose. The app does not request read access to your entire library
- Photo Library (Add Only): to save the processed photo or video to your Camera Roll
These permissions are used only when you explicitly perform the corresponding action. No background collection occurs. The app does not open the camera to capture new media.
5. In-App Purchase
The app is free to download. Face hiding with blur, mosaic, and art is available with no ads and no watermark. Face-cover stickers are a paid feature (Sticker Pack, one-time purchase $7.99; local currency follows App Store pricing). Previewing stickers is free; exporting with stickers requires the purchase. All transactions are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. The app never accesses or stores your payment information.
6. Third Parties
The app does not sell, share, or disclose any user information to third parties. If you use the share sheet, the destination you select processes the shared content under its own privacy policy.
7. Analytics & Tracking
The app uses no advertising tracking or third-party analytics SDKs.
8. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under the age of 13.
