利用規約
1. 同意
本アプリ「GIF動画変換」をダウンロード・インストール・使用することで、ユーザーは本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリの使用を中止してください。
2. ライセンス
本アプリは、個人的・非商業的目的での使用に限り利用が許可されます。以下の行為は禁止されます。
- 本アプリを改変・逆コンパイル・リバースエンジニアリングすること
- 本アプリのコピーを第三者に配布・販売すること
- 本アプリを商業目的で再利用すること
3. アプリ内課金
本アプリでは買い切り型の複数変換アンロック機能（¥300）を提供しています。
- 課金処理はすべてApple Inc.のApp Storeが管理します
- 購入後の返金はAppleの返金ポリシーに準じます
- 同一Apple IDでサインインすれば、購入の復元（リストア）が可能です
- 買い切りのため、継続課金は発生しません
4. ユーザーコンテンツ
ユーザーが本アプリを通じて変換・保存するコンテンツ（GIFファイル・動画等）に関する権利はユーザー自身に帰属します。ユーザーは、変換するコンテンツについて必要な権利・許諾を有していることを保証するものとします。
5. 禁止事項
以下の目的での本アプリの使用を禁止します。
- 他者の著作権・肖像権・プライバシー権を侵害するコンテンツの変換・作成
- 違法・有害・差別的なコンテンツの変換・作成
- 本アプリのサービスを妨害する行為
6. 免責事項
本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。本アプリの動作・品質・特定目的への適合性について、明示・黙示を問わず一切の保証を行いません。本アプリの使用によって生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。
7. サービスの変更・終了
本アプリの機能変更・更新・配信停止は予告なく行われる場合があります。

本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。

3. In-App Purchase
The app offers a one-time batch conversion unlock (¥300 / $1.99).
- All purchases are managed by Apple Inc. through the App Store
- Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
- Purchases can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID
- This is a one-time purchase — no recurring charges
4. User Content
All rights to content you convert or save using the app (GIF files, videos, etc.) remain with you. You represent that you hold the necessary rights or permissions for any content you process with the app.
5. Prohibited Uses
Use of the app for the following purposes is prohibited:
- Converting or creating content that infringes copyright, portrait rights, or privacy rights of others
- Converting or creating illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content
- Disrupting or interfering with the app's services
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is." No warranties, express or implied, are made regarding its functionality, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
7. Changes & Discontinuation
Features may be changed, updated, or discontinued without prior notice.
