1. 同意

本アプリ「CATZILLA RUN」をダウンロード・インストール・使用することで、ユーザーは本利用規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリの使用を中止してください。

2. ライセンス

本アプリは、個人的・非商業的目的での使用に限り利用が許可されます。以下の行為は禁止されます。

  • 本アプリを改変・逆コンパイル・リバースエンジニアリングすること
  • 本アプリのコピーを第三者に配布・販売すること
  • 本アプリを商業目的で再利用すること

3. アプリ内課金（CATZILLA Supporter Pack）

本アプリでは買い切り型のSupporter Pack（¥300）を提供しています。

  • 課金処理はすべてApple Inc.のApp Storeが管理します
  • 購入後の返金はAppleの返金ポリシーに準じます
  • 同一Apple IDでサインインすれば、購入の復元（リストア）が可能です
  • Supporter Packは買い切りのため、継続課金は発生しません
  • Supporter Packはゲームが有利になる効果を含みません（見た目・演出上の解放要素のみ）

4. ゲーム内容について

本アプリはネコ型キャラクターが街の建物・乗り物等の無生物オブジェクトを転がって破壊する、コミカルな演出のカジュアルゲームです。人・動物・実在の場所を対象とした表現は含まれません。

5. 禁止事項

以下の目的での本アプリの使用を禁止します。

  • 本アプリのサービスを妨害する行為
  • 本アプリのソースコード・アセットを不正に取得・再配布する行為

6. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状有姿」で提供されます。本アプリの動作・品質・特定目的への適合性について、明示・黙示を問わず一切の保証を行いません。本アプリの使用によって生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。

7. サービスの変更・終了

本アプリの機能変更・更新・配信停止は予告なく行われる場合があります。

8. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されます。

2. License

The app is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. The following are prohibited:

  • Distributing or selling copies of the app to third parties
  • Reusing the app for any commercial purpose

3. In-App Purchase (CATZILLA Supporter Pack)

The app offers a one-time Supporter Pack upgrade (¥300).

  • All purchases are managed by Apple Inc. through the App Store
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy
  • Purchases can be restored on any device signed in with the same Apple ID
  • Supporter Pack is a one-time purchase — no recurring charges
  • Supporter Pack provides no gameplay advantage (cosmetic unlocks only)

4. About the Game

The app is a casual game in which a cat-shaped character rolls through a city, destroying inanimate objects such as buildings and vehicles in a comical, stylized manner. The app does not depict people, animals, or real-world locations as targets.

5. Prohibited Uses

Use of the app for the following purposes is prohibited:

  • Disrupting or interfering with the app's services
  • Unauthorized extraction or redistribution of the app's source code or assets

6. Disclaimer
