1. はじめに
本アプリ「CatSleeper（猫の集中タイマー）」は、ユーザーのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に努めています。本ポリシーでは、本アプリにおける情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
2. 収集する情報
本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を一切収集しません。サードパーティ製アナリティクスSDKを導入しておらず、独自の利用状況イベントを外部へ送信することもありません。広告および広告識別子（IDFA）は使用しません。
3. 端末内に保存される情報
本アプリは、以下の情報を端末内にのみ保存します。これらが外部サーバーへ送信されることはありません。
- 集中セッションの記録：開始時刻・終了予定時刻・完了したラウンド数・任意で入力した「今回集中すること」の一行
- 所有している夢の世界と、選択中の世界
- アプリの設定
4. iCloudによる復元
機種変更やアプリの再インストール時に、育てたなじみ度と所有内容を失わないよう、以下の情報をiCloud Key-Value Store（Appleが提供する同期領域）へ保存します。
- オンボーディングで選択したスターター世界
- アプリ内で選択中の世界
- 集中した時間の累計と、ネコごとの合計時間（なじみ度の算出に使います）
- 達成済みマイルストーンの識別子と、解放された記録カードの識別子および解放日時
この情報はユーザー自身のApple Accountに紐づいて保存され、開発者が閲覧・取得することはできません。個々の集中セッションの記録（開始時刻・終了予定時刻・入力した「今回集中すること」の一行）は同期せず、端末内にのみ保存されます。同期されるのは上記の合計値と識別子だけです。購入した世界の復元は、Appleが管理するApp Storeの購入履歴（StoreKit）を通じて行われます。
5. 通知
本アプリは、集中の終了と休憩の終了をお知らせするためにローカル通知を使用します。通知はすべて端末内で予約・表示され、リモートプッシュ通知は使用しません。通知の許可は任意であり、拒否した場合でも集中セッションは正常に完了します。
6. アクセスする端末機能
本アプリが要求する権限は次の1つだけです。
- 通知（任意）：集中の終了と休憩の終了をお知らせするため
本アプリは、写真・カメラ・マイク・連絡先・位置情報・ヘルスケアデータへアクセスしません。また、他のアプリの利用状況を検知・記録・制限する機能を持ちません。
7. アプリ内課金
本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、オンボーディングで選んだ1つの夢の世界を無料で永久にご利用いただけます。その他の世界は、買い切り型のアプリ内課金で追加できます。課金処理はすべてApple Inc.のApp Storeを通じて行われます。クレジットカード情報その他の決済情報を本アプリが取得・保存することはありません。
8. 第三者への情報提供
本アプリはユーザーの情報を第三者に販売・提供・開示することはありません。
9. アナリティクス・トラッキング
本アプリは、広告トラッキングおよびサードパーティ製アナリティクスSDKを一切使用していません。App Store Connectが開発者へ提供する統計情報（ダウンロード数など）は、Appleが匿名化して集計したものであり、個人を特定できる情報は含まれません。

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。

Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
CatSleeper respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains how information is handled within the app.
2. Information We Collect
The app collects no personal information. It contains no third-party analytics SDK and sends no usage events to any external service. No advertising or advertising identifier (IDFA) is used.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores the following only on your device. None of it is transmitted to external servers.
- Focus session records: start time, scheduled end time, completed rounds, and the optional one-line focus note you enter
- The dream worlds you own and the world currently selected
- App settings
4. iCloud Restore
So that you do not lose the cozy levels you have built up, or what you own, when you change devices or reinstall, the app stores the following information in iCloud Key-Value Store, a sync area provided by Apple.
- The starter world you chose during onboarding
- The world currently selected in the app
- Your total focused time, and the total for each cat (used to calculate cozy levels)
- Identifiers of the milestones you have reached, and of any unlocked record card together with the date it was unlocked
This information is stored under your own Apple Account and cannot be viewed or retrieved by the developer. Individual focus session records — start time, scheduled end time, and the optional one-line focus note you enter — are never synced and stay on your device. Only the totals and identifiers listed above are synced. Worlds you purchase are restored through your App Store purchase history (StoreKit), which is managed by Apple.
5. Notifications
The app uses local notifications to tell you when a focus period and a break period end. All notifications are scheduled and delivered on your device; no remote push notifications are used. Granting notification permission is optional, and focus sessions complete correctly even if you decline.
6. Device Permissions
The app requests exactly one permission:
- Notifications (optional): to tell you when a focus period or break ends
The app does not access your photos, camera, microphone, contacts, location, or health data. It also has no capability to detect, record, or restrict your use of other apps.
7. In-App Purchase
The app is free to download, and the one dream world you choose during onboarding is yours permanently at no cost. Additional worlds can be added through one-time in-app purchases. All transactions are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. The app never accesses or stores your payment information.
8. Third Parties
The app does not sell, share, or disclose any user information to third parties.
9. Analytics & Tracking
The app uses no advertising tracking or third-party analytics SDKs. The statistics App Store Connect provides to the developer (such as download counts) are anonymized and aggregated by Apple and contain no personally identifiable information.
10. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed at children under the age of 13.
11. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.
